Faradata Social Change and Women Empowerment Organization (FSCWEO) is a national, women-focused non-governmental organization established in July 2020 in Afghanistan. FSCWEO was founded to respond to the growing humanitarian, social, and economic challenges faced by vulnerable communities—particularly women, girls, and marginalized households—in conflict-affected and crisis-prone areas.
FSCWEO works to empower women and support vulnerable communities through integrated humanitarian assistance, early recovery, and resilience-building programs. The organization delivers life-saving aid, promotes inclusion and accountability, and strengthens community capacities to respond to crises and build sustainable futures.
Women-Centered Approach, Humanity & Dignity, Accountability to Communities, Impartiality & Neutrality, Integrity & Transparency, and Resilience & Sustainability. These values guide all our work and interactions with communities.
FSCWEO operates across 10 provinces in Afghanistan including Farah, Nimruz, Helmand, Herat, Kabul, Nangarhar, Daikundi, Kandahar, Zabul, and Urozgan, covering 35 districts with both active field offices and rapid-access operational capacity in hard-to-reach locations.
