Procurement Details
Hygiene kits must include soap, detergent, sanitary supplies, towels, buckets and awareness leaflets. Vendors should include item specifications, expiry dates where relevant, kit packing cost, delivery timeline and quality assurance approach.
Submission Guidelines
Interested vendors should submit a signed quotation, company license, tax documents, delivery timeline and bank details to procurement@fscweo.org before the closing date. The RFQ reference number must be included in the email subject line. Late or incomplete submissions may not be reviewed.
