CWEE is the core of FSCWEO’s women-focused identity. The center delivers integrated, survivor-centered services for women and girls affected by conflict, displacement, poverty, and exclusion—prioritizing dignity, safety, and voice.

• Legal Aid and access to justice through formal and informal mechanisms
• Psychosocial Support (PSS) and confidential counselling
• Women’s rights awareness and community mediation
• Protection referrals and safeguarding-informed case support
• Operation and strengthening of Women Support Centers in underserved areas

All services are delivered with confidentiality, Do No Harm principles, and a zero-tolerance approach to sexual exploitation and abuse.
