We successfully completed a women leadership training in Kabul, bringing together participants from different communities to strengthen leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. The sessions focused on practical tools for community engagement, teamwork, and safe participation in local initiatives. Participants also developed simple action plans to apply lessons in their communities. FSCWEO remains committed to supporting women-led solutions through capacity building and continuous follow-up.
