FSCWEO
FSCWEO’s emergency response is delivered through the Center for Emergency Response (CER) and technical recovery actions through COER. We respond to displacement shocks, returnee influxes, and natural disasters by moving quickly from assessment to delivery while maintaining humanitarian principles.
Interventions prioritize protection, community feedback, and safe implementation, while supporting early recovery through Cash-for-Work and restoration of access in affected areas.
